at a long-established (10 years) beach bar/restaurant and hotel with a Lonely Planet listing on the island's busiest beach.

We have a 3m x 6m main road frontage office with a classroom and an equipment display area. There is an additional 4.5m x 4.5m equipment
storage room downstairs and also a separate area for washing/drying of equipment. We have exclusive on-site beach access for confined
water training as well as a small beachfront booking office to the side of the restaurant. In addition we have the use of the swimming pool and
marketing arrangements at a 32 room resort 1.5km away. We also have booking agency arrangements with a large number of local businesses.
We are a limited company with all relevant Thai business registrations and papers.

Taxi

Contract with local driver we have arrangement in place to pay by the usage and destination.

Boat

Rental agreements can be arranged with several different Dive Schools at any of the 3 piers presently in use on Koh Chang. There are different
boats in the area that can be purchased if this is what you want. There is also the possibility of anchoring and loading of a boat from the beach in
front of the restaurant on White Sand Beach.

Our World-Underwater is preparing for the 41st annual DIVE and Travel convention here in Chicago.
We are proud to be a leader in the Industry for dive shows. This year will be no different. We have
Seminars and works shops for everyone in the Industry. The weekend February 18 to 20, 2011 will be
loaded with educational seminars and some great in-depth workshops. You won’t want to miss the Friday
and Saturday evening film festivals. We are proud to have some footage of new wreck in Lake Michigan
never before seen. And the Visibility an unbelievable 75 foot, or better. We have already started our early
bird ticket sales, and are pleased with the sign ups.

Some in the industry have said; it is a soft year other say it is a bad year. OW-U is proud to say we are
