Dive Travel Specialist Position - We are hiring!

We are looking for a full time dive travel consultant. This position is open immediately and involves:

  • Full time sales
  • Selling world wide dive travel packages
  • Handling customer inquiries by email and phone
  • Selling soft adventure travel & related products (hotels, air, insurance)
  • Developing & maintaining client relationships

The successful applicant will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Deep passion to serve the travel needs of individual divers, dive groups, dive shops & associations
  • Minimum 2 years travel agency/wholesaler experience preferably related to the adventure travel market
  • International travel & diving experience is essential (if you are not yet a certified diver, you must be willing to get certified within a year)
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Passion for travel & nature
  • Team player
  • Strong attention to detail & exceptional organizational skills
  • Friendly & positive attitude with a good sense of humour
  • Ability to multi-task & work independently
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) & with airline bookings (we are on Apollo, but will train if you have been using a different CRS)
  • Highly motivated in all aspects of dive travel
