My name is Westley Boughton, I am the owner and builder of Maya Ha Resort - now being named on the internet as Maya Palms, located in Mahahual, Quintana Roo, Mexico. Withing weeks, the people occupying my hotel will be evicted by the court. They have falsely claimed to have purchased my hotel and even told tourists that they built the hotel. After the holidays, the courts will return to work and the eviction of Maya Ha is at the top of their agenda. The courts in Mexico are very slow with evictions and this process has taken me a long time and cost me a lot of money but it is nearly over. Anyone doubting my claims can go to "Men's Journal Magazine" the winter 2001 issue and read a feature article where they explain how I built Maya Ha and show pictures of it. The people occupying my hotel are criminals and no one should book any diving trips to this destination. I plan to use this hotel as a beach resort for a much larger project I am presently developing nearby at Laguna Bacalar named Wild Life Lagoon...www.wildlifelagoon.com
